[My apologies, yesterday night we had a little party and I wouldn't have been able to type anything afterwards.]
It was a good day! I jumped on the City Cat - remember, Brisbane's river ferries - and cruised up the river to the CBD.
There I went to a travel agent and collected some informations on New Zealand deals and tours. After that, I met with Franco, Enzo's friend from the markets, at the Treasury Casino and we had coffee together. As usual, it was good to catch up and share the holidays wishes.
You already know about the "party" we had at our place. At some stage, during the night, I had a couple of buckets of water thrown at me to, let's say, make sure I wouldn't fall asleep on the table.

È stata una bella giornata! Ho preso il City Cat - vi ricordate i battelli di Brisbane? - e sono andata in città.
Una volta lì, sono andata in un'agenzia di viaggi a raccogliere un po' di informazioni sulla Nuova Zelanda. Poi, mi sono incontrata con Franco, uno degli amici di Enzo del mercato, al Casino, dove abbiamo preso un caffè insieme. Come al solito, mi ha fatto piacere incontrare le persone che ho conosciuto qui a Brisbane e scambiarsi gli auguri.
Sapete già del festino che abbiamo ospitato qui. Ad un certo punto hanno iniziato a rovesciarmi secchi d'acqua in testa per farmi desistere dall'addormentarmi sul tavolo.
